Smoothies are an easy way to get your daily servings of fruit and vegetables. Add a handful of kale, spinach, mixed greens or even shredded carrots into a blender. Pastas go great with onions, garlic, tomatoes, zucchini. Sneak carrots, broccoli, greens, and bell peppers into soups. Add onions, mixed greens, avocado, and tomatoes onto sandwiches and burgers. Go for veggie pizza instead of just cheese or meat. Choose a side salad instead of fries.
